It's part teaching, part open conversation. I bring one idea worth an hour of your attention, then we work through the real situations people are carrying into the call. You leave with something you can use on Monday.

Each session opens with a short, practical teaching drawn from the Iconic Leadership Matrix — a single trait or principle you can put to work immediately.
Bring the situation you're actually wrestling with. The most valuable part of every call is the live conversation — real problems, worked through in the open.
