01The Program

A premium 90-day executive leadership development program for managers, founders, executives, and rising leaders who want more authority, better judgment under pressure, and a clear path toward greater impact.

This is my flagship program — a complete delivery of the Iconic Leadership Matrix across 90 days. You build the 8 Traits of Iconic Leaders into daily practice and leave with a concrete roadmap for what comes next.

Most leaders reach this level on the strength of their capability and drive — not because anyone trained them to lead. The instinct that got you here was real. The drive was real. But at this level, instinct has a ceiling — and most leaders hit it before they realize what's happening. Decisions feel heavier. Team dynamics get complicated. The gap between how you're leading and how you know you should be leading starts to show. The Accelerator is built to close that gap.

Two formats: the Cohort gives you private sessions plus weekly group coaching and peer accountability; the Private format is fully confidential with twelve one-on-one sessions built entirely around you. Both include the full curriculum and lifetime access to all materials.

03The Arc

How the work unfolds.

  1. 01

Step 01 — Discovery: Find Your Ikigai

Before you can lead others with conviction, you need clarity on what drives you. In this step, you identify the intersection of what you're built for, what the world needs from you, and where your greatest leadership energy lives. That intersection becomes your leadership foundation — the anchor that holds when everything else is uncertain.

  2. 02

Step 02 — Mastery: Awaken Your Leader

This is where the work happens. You build the 8 Traits of Iconic Leaders into your daily leadership practice — not as concepts to understand, but as capabilities to own. Stronger judgment. Sharper presence. Deliberate decision-making. By the end of this step, how you show up as a leader stops being a reaction and starts being a choice.

  3. 03

Step 03 — Execution: Crafting Your Roadmap

Clarity without a plan is just intention. In this step, you apply the 12 Principles of Leadership to build a concrete roadmap for where you're going — your next role, your team's performance, your organization's trajectory. You leave with a plan that is specific to your situation, your goals, and the leader you are becoming.

04The Curriculum

Twelve modules. Three millennia of source material.

Each of the 12 modules is one of the 12 Principles put to work — drawn from a leadership tradition that survived long enough to be tested. Four modules per step, in the order the path unfolds.

Step 01 of 3

Discovery

Discovery reveals what is true.

  1. Situational Discernment

Sun Tzu · The Art of WarWarring States China

High-stakes decisions rarely come with complete information. You build a repeatable process for thinking under pressure — preparation, positioning, and the disciplined separation of signal from noise — so every battle is won before it is fought.

  2. Directional Clarity

    Leonardo da VinciRenaissance Florence

Tactical leaders solve the problem in front of them. You develop the capacity to think at a longer horizon — holding creative possibility and analytical rigor simultaneously — and to communicate a destination others can follow with conviction.

  3. Truthful Alignment

Cicero · The Rhetorical TraditionRepublican Rome

Influence isn't charisma — it's a skill. You build communication on credibility, logic, and emotional resonance, honest enough to create genuine shared understanding and clear enough to align a room without managing it.

  4. Stakeholder Devotion

    Servant LeadershipIndigenous traditions worldwide

A leader's primary function is to create conditions in which others perform at their highest level. You learn to stay oriented toward the people the mission exists to serve — and to build strength through people, not around them.

Step 02 of 3

Mastery

Mastery develops who must lead.

  1. Disciplined Growth

    Confucian Self-CultivationClassical China

Authority earned through consistent integrity is more durable than authority claimed through position. You build the daily practice of reflection, correction, and deliberate improvement that compounds across a career.

  2. Grounded Resolve

African Leadership TraditionsAcross the continent's history

At this level, setbacks aren't occasional — they're terrain. Drawing on leaders who persevered through systemic adversity with moral clarity intact, you develop steadiness under pressure as a system, not a temperament.

  3. Equitable Standards

    Nelson MandelaModern South Africa

The highest-performing teams are rarely the most homogeneous. You learn to apply expectations fairly and build coalitions across difference — psychological safety without sacrificing accountability.

  4. Consequence Ownership

Ma'at · The Weighing of the HeartAncient Egypt

Egypt's leaders held authority through harmony between inner truth and outward action — and answered for outcomes as if weighed against a feather. You take full ownership of decisions, culture, and consequences.

Step 03 of 3

Execution

Execution turns leadership into results.

  1. Responsive Strategy

    Wu WeiTaoist China

Rigid leaders perform well in stable conditions and struggle everywhere else. You develop the art of moving with changing conditions rather than against them — adjusting the path without abandoning the mission.

  2. Focused Execution

Marcus Aurelius · The StoicsImperial Rome

Legacy is not constructed through grand gestures but through daily disciplined practice. You turn priorities into aligned action — the unglamorous, compounding execution that separates intention from results.

  3. Strategic Prioritization

    IkigaiJapan

The convergence of what you're built for, what the world needs, and where your energy lives is also a filter: it tells you what matters most. You learn to decide deliberately — and to protect your team from everything that doesn't.

  4. Capacity Building

    Seven-Generations StewardshipNative American traditions

Decisions are made in the light of those who come after. You build people, systems, and teams that grow stronger over time — leadership measured not by what you control, but by what outlasts you.

05Outcomes

What you leave with.

  • Stronger decision-making under pressure — faster, more grounded decisions when the stakes are high and the information is incomplete
  • Clearer leadership identity — articulate how you lead, what you stand for, and how you want to be experienced by others
  • Greater executive presence — confidence, communication, and emotional regulation so your leadership lands with more authority
  • Higher strategic capacity — apply the framework to decisions you're already facing, not case studies from someone else's company
  • Reduced hesitation and drift — replace overthinking with sharper priorities, clearer judgment, and stronger follow-through
  • A practical roadmap for advancement — a clear plan for influence, promotion, scope growth, or stronger leadership performance

06Who This Is For

Built for a specific kind of leader.

  • Managers stepping into broader leadership responsibility
  • Founders and entrepreneurs leading teams through growth and uncertainty
  • Executives who want stronger judgment, presence, and influence
  • Rising leaders who've outgrown their current title and are building toward their next significant role

07Results

A single promotion at the director or VP level typically represents $25,000–$75,000 in additional annual compensation. The frameworks and judgment you build here are permanent.

08Leadership Transformations

Ninety days, measured honestly.

Three engagements from inside the program — an operations director, a senior vice president, and a startup founder — each documented with the numbers that moved.

Case studies are presented anonymously, but the operating context is preserved to show the scale and relevance of each engagement.

09Questions

Asked before. Answered honestly.

If you're serious about becoming the kind of leader who actually changes the people and organizations around them — not just performs well individually — Dan is exactly who you need. What he provides isn't generic coaching. It's real mentorship, built around who you are and what you're trying to build. The impact I've experienced, both in how I lead my business and how I show up for the people around me, has been lasting. This is the work that actually sticks.
