This document represents a payment agreement for The Raven Group, LLC dba Dan Jahn. The first payment of $10,000 will be immediate. Eleven (11) additional monthly charges of $10,000 will be automatically made on the 1st of each month to the credit card indicated here for a total purchase price of $120,000. In the event of denied charges the customer will provide new credit card information within three (3) days of notice. If payments are not able to be made for any reason access to the coaching program will be deactivated for the customer and the initial payment will be forfeited. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for any and all collection expenses incurred.
