This is a short session, for us to connect, chat, and get to know each other.

Leadership Assessment

Our first deep session will help us understand where you currently are on your leadership journey so we can start building our roadmap to success.

Purpose + Mindset

Our second session, where we explore your leadership traits and personal aspirations, align on your goals and expectations, and set the foundation for our work together.

Weekly Insights

After our initial sessions, we will connect through a 50-minute call each week, ensuring you have consistent support as you apply your new skills.

Ongoing Support

You can contact me anytime through Telegram with a direct message, or ask the group for insights.
